1. General
· Conduct daily and weekly briefing with staff.
· Translate employee’s fingerprint attendance into daily attendance and ensure accuracy.
· Share the fingerprint and daily attendance to HQ Admin by 1st of the following month (before 1pm) for salary calculation.
· Maintain control use of stock, equipment, and consumables to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse.
· Monthly stock checking and request any stock shortage before 22nd of every month.
· Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis to ensure in good condition.
· Ensure good team morale at site.
2. Customer management
· Main contact point between company and client
· Responsible for maintaining good relationship with site PIC.
· Reply to customer request in a fast and efficient manner.
· Refer to Area Manager if unsure of customer request.
3. Planning and scheduling
· Prepare and implement work schedule on daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on scope of work in the contract.
· Ensure sufficient manpower, equipment and materials to carry out the tasks.
· Ensure all assigned duties to the janitors are carried out.
· Liaise with Area Manager for any challenges or shortage or manpower, materials.
4. Work execution
· Ensure employees are wearing the correct PPE when carrying out tasks.
· Establish cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.
· Ensure all assigned duties to the janitors are carried out.
· Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis.
· Prepare weekly and monthly report.
· Prepare any other reports required for the site.
· Monthly report submit to customer
· Weekly tissue /sticky mat/ dc88 and other related to order
· Fast respond to customer in group

5. Site discipline
· Monitor and maintain good level of staff attendance and timeliness to work.
· Ensure all employees follow company and client’s dress code and grooming standard.

Cleaner Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
- Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
